About Perkins of Northern Colorado

Perkins made its debut in northern Colorado in 1979. The five restaurants are locally owned and operated by Eric Spanier and Mr. John Henry. Both Mr. Spanier and Mr. Henry have been involved with Perkins Restaurants in various capacities for over 30 years in Colorado, Minnesota and Ohio.

“The Restaurant Company” is a publicly owned company which does business under the name Perkins Restaurants and is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. Most Perkins restaurants are operated by independent franchisees, such as Mr. Spanier. Perkins has its origins in pancakes and breakfast fare. Today, Perkins have evolved into a more robust concept which also includes a complete bakery, lunch and dinner menu. What has not changed is the commitment to high quality food, fast and friendly service and an inviting and comfortable dining experience that appeals to all age groups.
